We have a unique process to ensure the success of the outsourcing endeavor.  This process is designed to help us deliver beyond contractual expectations and cost saving while reflecting our philosophy of creating real value for our customers. Requirement Elicitation

Requirement elicitation goes beyond simply understanding your business needs and moves further to applying our domain expertise and eliciting responses that would help design effective processes that enhance your business.

We conduct a comprehensive study of the requirements and chart out the scope of the work. A strategy is devised that is scalable to fulfill immediate as well as future requirements.

Agreement on Scope of Work

During this stage, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are defined.  SLAs contain commitments to mutually agreed upon levels of quality and productivity, schedules, finalization of the contract. The roles & responsibilities by both Client & Fedora are clearly defined.

Transition Management

We have a defined process to ensure minimum transition problems during the critical phase of migrating live processes. A knowledgeable Account Manager is assigned to your account. The Account Executive guides you through the implementation phase and serves as the liaison between you and the billing team assigned to your account.

Once your account is active, your Account Manager will call on you at regularly scheduled intervals to stay current with your needs and requirements, and is always available for consultation by telephone or email.

Your Account Manager will also provide training to you and your office staff as needed during the transition period.

Project Management

Project management is critical to ensure smooth functioning of operations and the parameters of quality, productivity, and time schedules are met. Primarily the objective of this stage is to consistently meet expectations.  In case there is a failure to meet your expectations we have a process in place to address the problem and resolve to your expectations.
